    • 以結構生物學(xué)為主要手段,緊密結合新藥研發(fā),著(zhù)眼于與人類(lèi)重大疾病和重要生理功能相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)及其復合體的結構與功能的關(guān)系,闡明生物大分子與小分子化合物在結構與功能方面的分子作用機理,為藥物的分子設計提供思路;同時(shí),通過(guò)解析生物大分子及其復合物的三維結構,為藥物設計提供一個(gè)分子水平上的模板 。
