      簡(jiǎn)歷:

    • 2011年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),獲得博士學(xué)位;畢業(yè)后加入中國科學(xué)院廣州生物醫藥與健康研究院,歷任助理研究員,副研究員,研究員,課題組長(cháng),博士生導師。

      研究領(lǐng)域:

    • RNA被認為是生命演化過(guò)程中出現最早的生物大分子,孕育地球生命的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。哺乳動(dòng)物細胞基因組被廣泛轉錄,其中1-2%的區域編碼蛋白質(zhì),其余產(chǎn)生了大量的所謂基因組中的“暗物質(zhì)”-非編碼RNA。這些RNA在細胞命運的調控中行使著(zhù)重要的功能如調控基因轉錄,信號轉導,翻譯等等。除此之外,新冠大流行極大地推進(jìn)了mRNA治療相關(guān)方面的發(fā)展,提供了人類(lèi)對抗疾病/病原的一個(gè)新途徑。本課題組圍繞以上科學(xué)問(wèn)題,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注以下研究方向:

      (1)利用化學(xué)生物學(xué)手段開(kāi)發(fā)RNA-蛋白互作研究的新方法、新技術(shù)

      (2)RNA-蛋白相互作用在細胞命運轉變、病理和生理條件下的功能和機制

      (3)利用RNA相關(guān)技術(shù)實(shí)現對疾病的治療和預防
