      簡(jiǎn)歷:

    • 熊曉犁,博士,研究員,廣東省珠江人才計劃青年拔尖人才,英國微生物學(xué)會(huì )會(huì )員。在英國布里斯托大學(xué)生物化學(xué)系/細胞和分子醫學(xué)系分別獲得生物化學(xué)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)士學(xué)位和病理學(xué)與微生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。熊曉犁研究員先后在英國MRC National Institute for Medical Research (Francis Crick Institute) 病毒學(xué)系 Sir John Skehel研究組,美國華盛頓大學(xué)(西雅圖)生物化學(xué)系,英國MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology結構生物學(xué)系從事病原微生物致病機理的研究。20209月加入中國科學(xué)院廣州生物醫藥與健康研究院。

       

      10年來(lái)熊曉犁研究員研究了H5N1, H7N9, H10N8流感病毒的跨種傳播機理(Xiong et. al. Nature 2013a, Xiong et. al. Nature 2013b, Xiong et. al. Virology 2014, Vachieri*, Xiong.* et. al.  Nature 2014, 流感病毒的裝配機制 (Peukes*, Xiong*# et. al. Nature 2020)。冠狀病毒的入侵機制 (Xiong et. al. J. Virology 2018, Walls*, Xiong* et. al. Cell 2019), 新型冠狀病毒表面抗原S蛋白的穩定化(Xiong*# et. al.  Nat. Struct. Mol. Biol. 2020)等科學(xué)問(wèn)題。研究團隊旨在運用結構生物學(xué)與生物化學(xué)方法探明病原微生物的致病機理,并在理解其致病機理的基礎上開(kāi)發(fā)干預手段。
